FlexEquip is a service that assists adults with rapidly progressive neurological conditions get equipment to meet short term needs. These rapidly progressive neurological conditions include motor neurone disease, multiple sclerosis and muscular dystrophy.
You may be eligible for FlexEquip equipment if you have a relapse or accelerated crisis and equipment is required for short to medium term use OR if you have applied for equipment to the NSW government equipment service, EnableNSW, and FlexEquip equipment is required for short-term use whilst the application is in process.You can find out about how to apply and eligibility for equipment here or by contacting your local health professional.
