Possible delays with couriers due to current COVID-19 lockdown

Due to the current COVID-19 lockdown there are, as you would be aware, increasing requirements for people who deliver goods and services across the state, particularly in crossing between Greater Sydney and our regional communities.

 For this reason, we would like to advise that there may be some additional delays over coming weeks in delivering and collecting equipment from our FlexEquip service.

As you will appreciate the need for COVID-19 testing and issuing of permits all takes time and will no doubt add to delivery time frames. 

Please be aware of this when ordering or awaiting items from our FlexEquip service. This may also impact our ability to collect items. 

We know that some items will be needed more urgently than others and we will do what we can, however, given the current constraints we are all working under, we need to let you know that despite best efforts we may not be able to meet requests.
